Professor Julien Mercier now authorized to be academic advisor in the Doctorate in Cognitive Informatics at UQAM

The Doctorate in Cognitive Informatics program aims to train highly qualified students from various fields to become specialists in cognitive modeling.

These students will thus have acquired knowledge and developed interdisciplinary skills enabling them to:

model a complex phenomenon in cognitive terms,
conceptualize a problem in computer terms,
determine the appropriate computer means to process it.

Professors and researchers from the following fields share the training and supervision of students: Communication, Computer Science, Linguistics, Management and Technology, Philosophy, Psychology, Educational Sciences.

Students in the program are encouraged to visit the site to see how NeuroLab can support them.
