Kathleen Whissell-Turner is awarded the prestigious Joseph-Armand-Bombardier scholarship

Kathleen Whissell-Turner, a doctoral student at NeuroLab in education, receives the prestigious doctoral scholarship from the Joseph-Armand-Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarships Program ($105,000). Her doctoral thesis, entitled "The effects of a teaching of Latin and Greek roots on the knowledge of disciplinary vocabulary, morphological processing and reading comprehension of 6th year primary school pupils schooled in French", is supervised by Anila Fejzo and co-directed by Julien Mercier.
